At the beginning of the series, Bob shares a house with Pinky and Brains they call Chateau Cthulhu[1]. All three of them work for The Laundry and must inhabit a secure and vetted location when not at work.
In mocking reference to their work, they name their home after the most recognizable of the Great Old Ones, Cthulhu.
