Raymond Schiller runs a cult out of Colorado Springs with the intention of triggering GOD GAME BLACK.

Schiller is pseudo-Christian, in that his cult subscribes to some mainstream Christian teaching but supplements it with apocryphal books that speak of the Sleeper in the Pyramid's return (under the mistaken guise of Jesus Christ). Schiller is an adherent of quiverful doctrine, which stresses the need for mass reproduction, which would help trigger CASE NIGHTMARE GREEN by increasing population numbers.

Schiller is well-connected to the UK establishment, including the Prime Minister. For that reason, Laundry investigations into Schiller have to be via its deniable operations capacity External Assets.

In The Apocalypse Codex, Schiller attempts to revive the Sleeper from his home base in Colorado, but fails and is trapped with the Sleeper at the end of the novel.

Schiller resurfaces in The Delirium Brief, presumed possessed by the Sleeper, where he arrives in the UK undetected and attempts to forcibly convert powerful politicians and other personalities to his cult, with the presumed aim of triggering GOD GAME BLACK in full. The Laundry defeats him by allying with the Black Pharaoh.
